We use several professional moving and transport services that are fully insured and bonded and can deliver anywhere in the continental US. Orders can be placed with our representative vendors at their respective showrooms or storefronts in whatever manner best suites you.






To place a order:

1. Summarize and organize your product selection and any special requests or details, outlining your preferences.
2. You should consider any media that will add to your color palette for your project.
3. If you have a scanner or digital camera and can copy and prepare media as e-mail selections. Once a order is set up and verified you will be given instructions sending pictures as e-mail attachments to Design by Diane.
4. Contact us by phone or e-mail or snail mail and we contact you to set up an account and initiate an order for a product.
5. Carefully outline your item selection(s), preferences and ideas for the project in mind.
6. Include your phone number, cell number, e-mail address, and a fax number if one is available.
7. Include a brief description of day and or evening hours where you can be contacted on a regular basis.

Tile murals are compact items weighing under 60 lbs. They will be shipped ( Ground UPS 4th day ). All [tile] murals shipments must be shipped insured.
Painted  [ Canvas  Murals ] can be carefully rolled into tubes and shipped
( FEDEX 2nd Night ), ( FEDEX oversize ) or ( Ground UPS 4th day ) delivery. All painted [canvas murals] shipments must be shipped insured.
Large pieces of furniture and must be shipped by a professional bonded transport and must be approved in advance as they are prepaid by the customer. All painted furniture and [Finished Furniture Product] shipments must be shipped insured
Paintings must be shipped by a professional bonded transport must be crated with special handling instructions and must are prepaid by the customer All paintings [Oil, Acrylic and Watercolor Product] shipments must be shipped insured.

Design by Diane offers you a large variety of furniture art processes and makeover possibilities. Weather you have a new or older piece to be refinished or need to order a new piece or custom order a piece of furniture we can help you every step of the way.
IN requesting a furniture selection please provide as much information possible about the piece you wish to order including characteristics about the piece you have in mind such as wood type, color background, color schemes and foreground, color accents, physical attachments such a drawers and does and accurate width, height and depth measurements.
From our website the price of each piece of furniture has its price listed above it, next to the SOLD markup tag with a brief description.
IN placing a request with us for furniture products please include location and name of the product that you saw on our website. Please include all the information which you viewed from the website to assist us in your identifying your selection when you contact us.
We offer a variety furniture categories that we can refinish in a variety of sizes and classes. You can restore a piece of furniture that you already have. You can direct us to a other manufacturers product that you desire. Finally you can choose from a selection of furniture offered through Franco's Fine Furniture Collections and Showroom. We can work closely with you to find the selection of your choosing.

CUSTOM PAINTED FURNITURE

Some of the furniture displayed on our web pages are non stock items that are sold and no longer available on our current inventory lists. However we can assist you with the order a similar item that is SOLD or is an older piece out of stock. When an order is approved we work with the customer to locate a piece that are similar in design and proportion. The piece can be finished as a custom paint scheme, with distinct colors of your choosing or one we work up the original color scheme displayed on the website. Once an order has been placed and verifications made, the order will take about 4 to 8 weeks to complete. We require a 50% deposit with any order requested on furniture. The balance due upon completion of the project. No item will be shipped until full payment is made and funds have cleared the bank There are several options at your disposal.

Option 2: ( finish a new or refinish a old product ) you ship us.

Option 3: ( finish a new or refinish a old product ) that you send to us.

Option 4: ( refinish a old product ) a product we order for you.

Hand Painted Tiles however are fabricated entirely in house by us. This means that the customer selects the individual tile styles, sizes and overall mural dimensions, but cannot ship us tiles that they have pre-purchased.
HAND PAINTED TILE MURALS of ALL SIZES We offer Hand Painted Tile Murals in variety of matched tumbled marbles and traditional marble styles.
Hand painted tile murals are available in a variety of width and heigth dimensions ranging size from 1.ft X 1.ft up to 5.ft X 7.ft. Please note that larger hand painted tile murals are available upon request.
The individual tile pieces can be selected from 4.in X 4.in and 6.in X 6.in for best results. Larger tile pieces are available upon request. Custom borders can be provided at additional cost from 1.in X 1.in matched small tiles.
We have a extensive collection of tile patterns, murals, in our collection.

We offer framed and unframed canvases in a number of sizes.

FRAMED and UNFRAMED OIL PAINTING

IN Ordering our Paintings the price of each painting is listed above it, next to the SOLD markup listing with a brief description of the paintings information. All measurements in are inches; for example, 38" X  42" and  thirty-eight inches high by forty-two inches wide. As oil and acrylic paintings are not matted and watercolor paintings contain a cutout matte. The sizes mentioned  depict the total exterior dimensions with the display with the painting components included with each

The frame dimensions and the matte dimensions serve the same processes of decoration and centering a watercolor painting as does a frame centering a oil painting.

IN Ordering our Murals please contact us and discuss the style and approximate dimensions that you have in mind. We offer a large variety of styles and selections.
CANVAS and HAND PAINTED MURALS Our Murals can be custom designed to be applied on ceilings, walls and floors.
We also receive requests to paint small murals on desks, tables, chests, armoires dressers and other types of furniture.
Our Murals are directly painted to ceiling, wall and floor areas or applied on canvas panels that are attached to border, ceiling, wall and areas.
Our Mural styles come in the following shapes: round, oval, octagon, triangle, square, rectangle as either plain or complex mural selections.
Our Mural themes include but are not limited to: angels, bougainvillea, trellis, window, room, arch, arch way, arch window arch door, niche, water, sunset, woodland, tropical, pathway, custom, scenery, modern, items for views and scenes.
IN requesting a mural theme our please indicate if the item is a for a wall, floor or ceiling area of to be applied to a piece of furniture. From our website the price of each mural is listed above it, next to the SOLD markup with a brief description. Please include the information which you viewed to help make that your request to us. Please provide descriptions of the area that you want to place the mural and approximate style, theme, width, height or shape measurement when you contact us.

We offer a variety mural designs in a number of sizes. We can choose one from a selection that you desire by contacting us and setting up an appointment.

A word about our shipping and receiving policies. . .

We ship and receive many types of products each with its own set of handling circumstances.

First in receiving, unpacking, noting and documenting the condition of the merchandise and then  processing the order requirements.

Secondly in noting and documenting the condition of the merchandise repacking reshipping if merchandise back to the customer . At this point the customer has several options if for some reason the merchandise was damaged in transit or handling in transit.

1. If defects are discovered upon delivery the customer must contact us immediately by telephone or fax machine and report the accident.

2. The customer must notify his shipping company, and insurer an then return the Item(s) back to the location it was processed and shipped from. 3. The damaged merchandise must be received by us at the location it was processed within 15 days.

3. We will correct, repair or replace the item at no charge upon the validation of the claim.

4. **NOTE** Shipping damage will only be  covered if customer has purchased insurance. this is why we require it. All returns subject to a 20% re-handling surcharge. . .

We [ design by Diane and its affiliates ] carefully inspect all items that
[ design by Diane and its affiliates ] receive and or send out to insure they are in in proper receiving condition for the customer.

A word of caution about our shipping and receiving policies. . .

1. Any client who wishes to ship, create a or freight order or send Merchandise [ them self ] or through [ any other designee ] to [ Design by Diane or any of it agencies or affiliates ] must have a verified authorization to ship, issued by [ Design by Diane or any of it agencies of affiliates ] that must be approved and authorized in advance by [ Design by Diane or any of it agencies of affiliates ] in writing.

2. Any unauthorized shipments or freight orders received by [ Design by Diane or any of it agencies of affiliates ] from [1st 2nd or 3rd parties in collusions with any other 1st 2nd or 3rd parties of any other part will be immediately returned to the point of origin and reported to the appropriate authorities.
